Sand on Demand is a company that were employed recently by our club to carry out much needed maintenance on our plating pitch.

This involved vertidraining, through spiking the entire surface of the field and then applying 150 tonnes of sand, with specialised spreading equipment that evenly distributed and worked the sand into the pitch.

This work was completed approx. two weeks ago and the results have been very satisfactory. The playing surface is much better than prior to the work being carried out. Despite some heavy showers, that would have previously renderd the pitch unplayable, we were able to continue training sessions without disruption.

I have no hesitation in recommending Sand on Demand to any club that is considering this type of maintenance for their pitch. Our club is open to anyone that wishes to view the results of the work that has been carried out by Sand on Demand.

We are a small club in the north of Co Wexford with two full sized pitches. We employed Sand on Demand, Enniscorthy to do some work on our pitch in Kilanerin in the last month. We are very happy with the work carried out and the subsequent results.

With modern machinery the pitch was spiked and around 100 ton of sand was spread on each pitch. The pitches are now in the best condition they have ever been in and we are delighted with what we have now. We would have no hesitation in recommending Sand on Demand's services. Also anybody is welcome to come and see for themselves the condition of our pitches
